Peter Wadl was born in London in 1965 and studied organ and conducting with Kevin Bowyer, Margaret Philips, Christopher Zimmeram and Sir Simon Rattle. From 1996 he assisted Sir Mark Elder at the BBCSO, CBSO, ENO and the Royal Opera and continues to seek his advice.

He was Music Director of the Rutland Sinfonia from 2003 -2007 and in 2006 founded Cambridge Camerata. Peter is Organist and Director of Music at Ware Parish Church in Hertfordshire.
